Gérard Sanchez is a French ice cream maker from the beautiful port of Saint Malo. Twenty-eight years ago, he created his brand of high-end artisanal ice cream, made in the basement of his home. His desire: to offer a quality product with a wide range of flavours to satisfy all palates. Having achieved regional notoriety and an ever-increasing success of these delicious sorbets and ice creams, the project for a new laboratory was born.
